Depict is a startup that is making art more accessible and discoverable similar to what Kindle/Amazon did for books. 

Notable accomplishments/projects:
- Lead the marketing, coding migration, and maintenance from an in-house eCommerce platform to Shopify to generate pre-orders, resulting in >$500K in pre-order sales. Languages used HTML, CSS, Liquid, and React.
- Build in-house reporting dashboard--pulling data from Shopify and Stripe APIs and stitching them together programmatically--to provide more visibility on KPIs. Languages used React and PostgreSQL.
- Pull, analyze, and surface business metrics to the executive team with SQL and Excel. Data sources: Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, and in-house database.
- Own all eCommerce (SKU management, inventory, product page updates, on-site marketing and conversion optimization) for Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.

Threadbase allows non-developers to build their own Reddit-style community (e.g. upvotes, threaded comments, and more) in just a few clicks and without writing any code. 

- Acquired in March 2019 - Bootstrapped the business to profitability without spending any money on marketing before the business was acquired. 
- Generated over 100 pre-launch sign-ups in 24 hours without spending any money and without a finished product.
- Launched the product in August to the front page of IndieHackers and most upvoted post for the day on /r/SideProject and /r/RedditAlternatives 
- YC W2018 applicant. Select as one of the top 5% of applicants to receive an interview to pitch to the YC partners.

- Optimized app acquisition funnel through multivariate tests, resulting in a 3x increase in daily app downloads
- A/B tested creative and copy on the app store landing pages, resulting in a 2x increase in conversion rate
- Launched a series of app store optimization initiatives including creative updates, in-app review prompts, and keyword optimization drastically improving Imgur's app discoverability 
- Lead the email growth channel: growing our marketing list from 40 subscribers to >2M subscribers, coded and launched multi-series email marketing series while maintaining an average monthly CTR above industry average.
- Managed the launch of push notifications for the Imgur apps including vendor scoping, negotiations, user segmentation, QA-ing, and managed deployments

- Product owner for Refer-a-Friend and Affiliate Marketing programs, working closely with design, tech, project management, accounting, and legal to bring two new channels to comiXology
- Manage all relationships with email, refer-a-friend, social media, search, display, and paid media vendors
- Implemented smart remarketing and lookalike strategy for paid social media, resulting in a 315% increase in conversion rates while simultaneously reducing cost per conversion by 75%
- Played a vital role during Amazon and comiXology's due diligence, assisting with reporting, sharing decks, and ultimately, transitioning comiXology's marketing programs to Amazon when the acquisition was finalized
- Led the acquisition and retention P&L for comiXology's 2015 annual budget
- Built, analyzed, and optimized robust business KPI, retention, and acquisition dashboards using Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, and SQL
